• Structure:

• The online LLM in International Business Law program has six core modules, two elective modules and a dissertation. The first module takes ten weeks. Each subsequent module lasts eight weeks.

•This module aims to give you a broad range of skills fundamental to legal studies as well as generic study skills. It seeks to provide students entering the LLM programs with an introduction to the specific skills required to study law successfully and the fundamentals of good writing abilities in legal studies. The module covers essential skills such as legal reasoning, interpretation and analysis of legal documents and law reports, referencing, and the methods for developing legal doctrine. While developing these skills you will also be exposed to a number of substantive law subjects such as judicial precedent, legal theory, international law and statutory interpretation.
